MerchMaxx Privacy Policy

What we collect
Your brand kit: the brand name, tagline, vibe description, and colors you enter, plus a reference to a logo image if you choose one from your device. We collect this so your designs and product previews can appear instantly and stay available if you come back later.
Your account
MerchMaxx creates an anonymous account for you automatically — there's no sign-up, email, or password. This anonymous identifier isn't linked to your name, email, or any other real-world identity; it exists only so your brand kit can sync across sessions.
Where your data lives
Your brand kit is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Access is restricted so only your own anonymous account can read or write your data.
Logo images
If you add a logo, it's read from your device's photo library and uploaded to our hosted storage (Vercel Blob) so it can be included in your design previews and, if you place an order, the physical print file sent to our print partner.
Orders and payment
If you place an order, checkout is handled by Stripe, which collects your shipping address and payment details directly — we never see or store your card number. We keep a record of the order (product, price, and your account identifier) so we can fulfill it and provide support. Your shipping address and order are shared with Printful, our print- on-demand partner, solely to manufacture and ship your order.
Third parties
Product and pricing information is fetched from Printful's public catalog. Stripe processes payments, and Printful manufactures and ships orders (see "Orders and payment" above). We don't send your data to anyone else.
What we don't do
We don't run ads, don't use analytics or tracking SDKs, and don't sell your data to anyone.
Deleting your data
To request deletion of your brand kit data, email us at the address below with your request — we'll remove it from our systems.
Children
MerchMaxx isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
